The Billy Class

Credit of this image goes to my friend, Z.
The context of this post is that there is a recurring NPC in a campaign I run with friends from school, named Billy. Since originally I just didn't feel like creating stats for him, I B.S.ed it and simply said he was a "Gifted Child". However, I finally decided to give him stats based upon what his current abilities were said to be. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Billy class, for use with Pathfinder (but is likely 3.5 compatible, too):

Gifted Child (or Young Adult, or Adult.. or Senior Citizen... basically, the Billy class)

This is a class created for a specific NPC (or PC if someone wants to be cool). Levels in this class can only be taken by Billy. See Z's picture for the epic art. Billy also has 18 in all of his base stats, and is a Half-Gnome... which basically means he's Gnome without the Gnome stat modifiers, and is Medium instead of Small (which means Medium Speed).

Requirements:

You are Billy

Abilities:

Triple/Quadruple Wield (Ex): At first level, Billy may wield three weapons at a time. At 11th level, this increases to four. Billy does not suffer from normal restrictions for wielding multiple weapons. All attacks he makes are at full B.A.B.

Eagle Eye (Ex): Each time a spell or class feature is used or cast around Billy (defined as within 30 feet of Billy), Billy has a 5% chance to learn the spell or class feature if he is of the required level or can cast that spell level. Once Billy has failed to learn an ability or spell with Eagle Eye, he cannot try again for another week.

Gift (Ex): At first level, and every level thereafter, Billy may take a class feature from any class that is of a level less than or equal to his own Billy level. If a class feature requires another feature, he must take the required feature first. For example, if Billy wanted to take the Bard's “Countersong” class feature, he must first take the Bard's “Bardic Performance”.

Super Billy (Ex): At 20th level, Billy becomes filled with Billy-Power. Once per day, Billy may transform into Super Billy for rounds equal to his Billy level. While in Super Billy form, he gains temporary HP equal to his max HP, doubles his B.A.B., and all saves, and knows all spells (that does not exceed Level 5, since he can't cast spells greater than 5). When Super Billy transforms back into Billy, Billy is paralyzed for rounds equal to the number of rounds he was Super Billy.

Billy's Spells:

Billy is a spontaneous arcane spellcaster. However, he is not limited at all to spells he can learn. He can learn both arcane and divine spells (however, divine spells still count as arcane). At the beginning of play, Billy knows two cantrips (Level 0) spells and one Level 1 spell. At each level, he may learn one additional spell from any spell level he currently can cast. He may choose his casting stat as Wisdom, Charisma, or Intelligence at his choosing (at cast time). His bonus spells/day is based upon the highest of these scores. However, because Billy is only gifted and not really magically knowledgeable, all of his spells suffer from a +30% Arcane Spell failure chance. This stacks with other A.S.F.
